Welcome!
I’m Sarah Kelly. I teach Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga, Mandala Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, and Children’s yoga in London.
I was born in Dublin, Ireland. I moved to London in 2018 after completing my BA at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
I was introduced to yoga during my time at drama school and came to realise that when things felt hectic, yoga was the practice that kept me rooted and calm. Since moving to London and furthering my practice, I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training and then went on to continue my professional development as a yoga teacher through specialised courses. I am extremely passionate about the life-altering effects of yoga on the body and mind in a frantic and restless world.
Yoga always brings me back to my true essence and grounds me in who I am. Although practising takes discipline and patience, I find so much joy in yoga. It is a practice that continuously reminds me that my identity is consciousness, and that we are all connected. I encourage lightheartedness throughout practice, and I believe that everyone can reap the benefits of strengthening the mind-body connection through yoga.
What you can expect from my classes…
I have a deep respect for the greater traditions of yoga, which are integral in my classes and are integrated in a practical and relatable way. Since we in the western world have clung to the physical side of the practice, I hope my class sparks some interest into the deeper spiritual practice of yoga.
In my flow and more dynamic classes, I aim to get you to enjoy moving while staying connected to your breath. In nurturing and yin practices, we have more space to really journey inwards and explore specific sensations while truly grounding in the present.
